It is phased into 4 mini-cycles to make sure you see CONTINUAL progress. It is 12 week program from start to finish.
Equipment needed: Squat rack, Barbells, Dumbbells, Adjustable bench, Resistance bands. This program also comes with an At Home version that can be done with dumbbells, resistance bands, and an adjustable bench.
